I started making soap because my own skin needed it.

I’ve always had sensitive skin — the kind that gets itchy, tight, and uncomfortable no matter what “gentle” soap I tried. Store-bought products left me reaching for lotion constantly, and even then my skin never really felt good.

When I began making my own handmade soap, everything changed.

My skin felt clean without feeling stripped. The itching stopped. And for the first time, I realized I didn’t need to immediately apply lotion after every shower — my skin finally felt balanced on its own.

That experience is what led to Seal Soapworks.

Every bar is made with carefully chosen ingredients designed to cleanse without drying, especially for people with sensitive or easily irritated skin. My goal is simple: create soap that feels good to use and leaves your skin comfortable, not craving moisture.

Seal Soapworks is a small, family-run business, and most of our customers are right here in Virginia. We believe everyday products should be made with care — for your skin and for the community around us.

That’s why we donate 10% of our profits to causes that support health and well-being, with a focus on making a positive impact close to home.
